A Gerplan Projetos nasceu da atuação de profissionais que trabalhavam de forma colaborativa no desenvolvimento de projetos para pequenos empreendimentos. Com o crescimento da carteira de clientes e a consolidação no mercado imobiliário no Espírito Santo, surgiu a necessidade de estruturar a empresa, integrar a equipe e fortalecer processos, mantendo a proximidade, o cuidado e a qualidade técnica como pilares.
